New Level Up Feature -Golden Promotion & New Bonuses

This is great that new promotion to next level.

Once you use all your skill points, your reward is revealed.

Look for new and exciting bonuses when you reach the next level and share your rewards with your mafia. This feature is not yet activated on all accounts.

Milestone levels occur in numbers which are multiples of 5.  Chance at slightly better loot than a normal level up, but no guarantees.
